How many people can the venue accommodate? 273 people maximum.

What does the venue provide? Round tables, rectangular tables, WiFi, 82” smart tv, bluetooth speaker w/microphone, moveable bar, kitchen with refrigerator, ice machine, water fountains, three compartment sink, prep table and storage shelves. We also have an arbor and bridal room for weddings.

What is the process to book the venue?  Contact by phone, text, or email.  If your desired date is available we can meet to view the building, sign contract and pay deposit.  Once deposit is paid, your date is secured!

How much is the deposit? Deposit is 20% of your rental price. Example: $1000 rent price = $200 deposit. Also, the deposit is separate from rent price.

Will I get my deposit back?  Once we inspect the building for damage and/or missing items, any deposit owed will be returned within 14 days after event.

What is the catering policy?  Trackview Hall does not provide catering services. You may bring your own food or contact outside catering.

What is the decoration policy?  Staples, nails and screws to any wall, fixture or equipment is prohibited.  We have wainscoting on the lower walls that have a top railing for setting pictures, paintings, etc.  To avoid fire, real candles are not allowed.

Can I have alcohol at my event?  Yes, if it is champagne, beer or wine. If selling alcoholic drinks or having hard liquor in the building, you will need to get a special one time alcohol permit from abc.nc.gov for your event. Please note the application must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event occurrence.

Is the venue handicap accessible? Yes, through the front door. The back door is not.
